Privacy and data ownership

Updated 7 October 2026. The setup hub stores your account, sign-in identities, installation status and the addresses of your installations. It stores an encrypted sign-in bridge secret to open your own dashboard.

Cloudflare deployment tokens are used transiently for installation, and are not stored. Your AI and email keys are sent to secret bindings in your own Worker.

Your installed runtime stores business knowledge, chat messages, consent records and encrypted lead contact fields in your own cloud account. Visitor contact details reach the runtime only after an explicit submission with the collection notice.

Your chosen AI provider receives the context needed to answer visitors. Review its data policy and decide what information to share. Free software does not remove your responsibilities towards visitors.

You manage the retention and backup of your installation. Do not send unsent form drafts or raw customer contact details to product analytics.
